The Keepers of Justice

[16] Legal Education · Judiciary · Advocacy · Prosecution

ACCESS PROTOCOL: Civilization is not governed only by power. It is governed by rules. This archive maps the immense legal ecosystem of India. It explicitly separates law school entrance mechanisms (CLAT) from the distinct professional civilizations of Advocacy, Prosecution, Corporate Counsel, and the Judiciary.

THE FOUR GREAT DESTINATIONSLAW DEGREE │ ┌────────────────────┼────────────────────┐ ↓ ↓ ↓ ADVOCACY JUDICIARY PROSECUTION │ │ │ COURTS / CLIENTS JUDICIAL SERVICE STATE │ │ │ └────────────────────┼────────────────────┘ ↓ CORPORATE / GOVERNMENT LAW
ARCHIVAL DISTINCTION: EDUCATION ≠ CAREER.
CLAT and AILET are not legal-career examinations; they are entrances into Law Universities. AIBE is the professional gateway to Advocacy. State Judicial Services are the gateway to the Judiciary. They are different doors at different stages of life.
