The Parliamentary Engine
"Where representation becomes legislation, government, opposition, and accountability."
The Factory of Law
Realm 06 delivered the electoral mandate. Realm 07 is where that mandate is put to work. Parliament is the central processing unit of a democracy—it translates the messy will of the people into binding laws, extracts an executive to govern, and subjects that government to continuous, daily accountability.

Exit Portal
We have seen how Parliament generates laws and oversees the executive. But a law is only words on paper until it is interpreted, applied, and enforced. When laws clash with the Constitution, or when citizens clash with the State, an independent referee must step in. We must now proceed to the guardian of the Constitution.
