Both are postgraduate health-education entrance systems, but they belong to entirely different civilizational realities. Their academic traditions, regulators (NCISM/NCH vs NMC), qualifying degrees, institutions, and counselling systems (AACCC vs MCC) differ completely. Do not map one directly onto the other.
